Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchasing. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 3-5 business days after receiving email for your delivery. Orders can take longer to ship if placed during a holiday. Please be advised if your order contains Elderberry Syrup it is made fresh to order.

If the order shows delivered there are no refunds or reshipment of the order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is only available if you are picking up your order directly from me. Local pickup is available for Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Sun City, Hardeeville & Beaufort only. For local pickup you have the option to pay with cash, credit or debit card, PayPal or CashApp. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to the nature of products for sanitary purposes. Al products are final sale unless the product is damaged upon arrival. You must notify us of a damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.
